Call for Proposals Submission Form (Word Document)
Proposal Submission Requirements: Proposal Form: An incomplete Submission Form may result in the discarding of your proposal. Submission Deadline: Monday, October 6, 2008 E-mail Proposal to: You must submit electronically on this form in Microsoft Word format. Please rename and save your document on your computer prior to submission so that it reflects the title of your presentation.
Email to: vatforumttac@vcu.edu Selection Criteria: Your proposal should reflect contribution to the field of transition, audience engagement level, anticipated interest in topic, relevance to strand areas, as well as be based on evidence-based practices. Clarity, quality and organization of proposal should be evident as interpreted through the abstract. Notification: You will receive an email notification regarding your proposal status by Thursday, November 6, 2008 Registration Fee: Submission of a proposal represents a commitment by all presenters to register for the Virginia Transition Forum which includes paying the conference registration fee. Your proposal will not be officially accepted unless you are registered for the conference by Tuesday, December 16, 2008.
