Exhibitor Registration

 

2008 EXHIBIT FEES:
“For Profit” Exhibitors
$425.00 (includes one table and two conference registrations)
$50.00 for each additional table.

“Non-Profit” Exhibitors
No charge for one table
$50.00 for each additional table

Conference registration fee for non profit exhibitors (each person working the exhibit) is required @ the registration rate when you submit your exhibitor registration. Please plan on registering by February 11, 2008 as an exhibitor to get the $90.00 (Early Bird Conference Rate).

HOTEL INFORMATION:
If you are mailing exhibit materials to The Hotel Roanoke, please note materials may be shipped to arrive no sooner than one week prior to the Forum. Please mail your materials to:

Be sure to put the name and date of the event on each package.
